Sandbox works as a probation for new sites, probably to discourage spam
sites from rising quickly, getting banned, and repeating the process.
In order to get out of google sandbox ,the simple answer is just wait
untill your website get enough incoming links and attains a good page
rank.. The sandbox is a temporary filter and it is made to stop new website which creates spammy links to get gigher and fast search results. It is not intended to hold people back
from getting success ,it is just like a probation period. So eventually,
if you continue to build your site as it should be built, you will
leave the sandbox and join other established websites.

for your advantage. actually you got time and opportunity
to build your traffic sources outside of search engines,if the website performing well then you do not need to take help of other link building methods like social media,community and many other methods for search engine traffic. However,
if you try to practice to get traffic from other methods then the search engines, when you finally are omiited from the google sandbox then there are chances to see high traffic rise.

second put a subdomainon it like www.shivyog.bhajan.com and than
copy the site on subdomain as it is in the original date .
third add a link from any site like www.anysite.com
