• Go to Blogger Dashboard.
• Click on template.
• Go for edit template and expande the template.
• Now search for the below code.

When you find the above code the next thing you have to do is.Replace the above code with below code.

Now save the template and check out your blog.now you will see your blog have a wordpress like threaded comment system which was only available for blogger dynamic views.
